Introduction
We have been an ILM Accredited Centre since 2003 — now offering 9 programmes from level 2 to level 5.
These flexible, practical and tailored programmes range from a 3-day team-leading programme through to a 33 day diploma programme. This range allows a team leader in charge of 2/3 staff through to middle managers in charge of a section to benefit from and achieve a national award.
Our ILM programmes are practical and enjoyable and tailored to your specific needs. They are a mix of classroom input — very interactive, with group and individual work — and Work Based Assignments (WBAs) which participants complete in their own time. These are real projects, many of which are consequently implemented in the workplace.
ILM Programmes are very flexible. We can:
¨Offer service specific programmes such Housing, Social Care and Direct Services programmes
¨Extend the programme to include extra sessions such as coaching, team- work based assignments, presentations to senior managers
¨Infill sessions with non ILM delegates (if the numbers are small)
¨Have your in-house specialists deliver subjects such as Finance or IT
¨Deliver the programme as whole days, half days, blocks — what ever suits your organisation best
