Greenfield works with over 120 Local Government, NHS, Housing Associations, Police, Fire, and Higher Education clients, drawing upon the experience of our specialist consultants to deliver informed and experienced programmes of an excellent standard. We are also an ILM Accredited centre.

All of our work is tailored to your individual, service and corporate needs and is delivered in-house. We will design programmes specific to your individual needs.

Short Courses

We offer over 40 short courses, from Time Management through to Training Needs Analysis – however if you don’t see what you are looking for please ask – we can probably help you. We can also provide packages of support and full programmes, for example: Customer Service programmes and packages for all employees, roll out project management workshops across all service areas.

Greenfield has been an Institute of Leadership and Management centre for five years. We offer:

Social care

We offer a wide range of Health and Social Care training for both staff from the Social Care sector who work with children and vulnerable adults, and for staff whose work brings them into contact with these clients, such as. leisure services, library services and education. Our consultants are all experienced social care professionals. Programmes cover a wide variety of areas, but, as with many such specialised areas, our greatest strength is designing specific interventions for your needs, so please talk to us about where you are looking for assistance.

Equality and Diversity

Greenfield’s reputation for quality and versatility in this field is well known. We can deliver mass awareness sessions on all of the Equality and Diversity areas through to focus sessions for officers in areas such as INRA. We also deliver training on Harassment, Dignity and Bullying policy, including training officers in the investigative role.

We also provide consultancy around Review and Assessment of Race Equality Schemes and Equality Standards e.g. ESLG

Management Development

We offer a wide range of Management Development programmes delivered by teams of specialists coming together specifically for your programme, and draw upon much previous experience to do this.

Members can attend many of the courses we offer, but we also deliver programmes tailored specifically for members. With the emphasis placed upon Member Development by the 2006 White Paper Strong and Prosperous Communities, we feel our experienced consultants can help with any need you may have.
